I have known Sue as a client and cat owner for over seven years. Although I have no cats of my own, I am firmly of the belief that felines are much less stressed when cared for in their home environment rather than a cattery. Sue has always shown a high level of care, knowledge and empathy in regards to her own cats. I do not hesitate in recommending her to my clients, knowing she would care for their cats in the same way she would her own.
Sue’s professionalism and “can do” attitude gave me confidence that I was leaving my cats and my home in safe hands. We used Sue’s cat sitting services for the first time in August last year and came back to a very contented cat. We are again using the services of Katz at Home as I feel Sue is caring & helpful and brilliant at her job and I am confident that my cats will be well looked after and will be very content as they will be staying at home.
Sue looks after our cats and hens superbly, she even let the hens out for a quick run in the garden. We feel reassured that they are in safe hands as Sue keeps her own hens so we know she has the knowledge of their requirements. This allows us to be able to relax and enjoy our time away.
This is the first time we have used Sue for our two nervous cats. I can only say that she was absolutely amazing in what proved to be a very testing time with the weather, it snowed from the day we left until the day we came back. We shall definitely be using Sue again, the cats seemed completely unfazed by it all and Sue even fed our fish for us.
This was our first time using Katz at Home and we really were delighted with the service. We have 2 very old cats who don’t really like change but they adapted well. When we returned from a 2 week holiday they seemed perfectly content. It was all very easy to organise. We will certainly use the service again.
Katz at Home have been looking after my cat since she was a kitten and I wouldn’t use anyone else. She’s always so happy and relaxed to return home to, and I have complete trust and confidence in the service Sue so carefully provides.
Having now used Sue on several occasions to look after our two cats whilst on holiday we would give the service she provides a 5 Star rating. Sue looks after your pets as if they were her own, this combined with Sue’s competence in following instructions leaves owners with a peace of mind whilst away.
We’ve used Katz at Home on numerous occasions over the last year – our cats are not fans of travelling and so we sought an alternative to the cattery. The service has been impeccable, reasonably priced and very reliable – and each time we have returned home to very happy, stress-free kitties! I love my 2 cats, and I take a lot of holidays. Sue has been fantastic, and is always available including sometimes at short notice. I originally found her card at the vets (she cat sits for them too) and feel very lucky that I found her. The cats are always content and relaxed when I get home and I don’t worry about them while I’m gone.
