Why is a cat sitter better for me and my cat than a boarding cattery?
To your cat a boarding cattery can be as stressful as a visit to the vets, except they don’t get to go home again straight away!  Full of strange smells, noises and people, the comparison between a “large cage” and the familiarity and comfort of their own home is immense.  Where would you rather be?
Isn’t a cat sitter more expensive?

Not really, and for 2 or more cats the cost is usually cheaper than a cattery; plus you don’t have to deliver and collect your cat, thus relieving both of you from the stress of getting “Fluffy” into the cat basket!

But my cat won’t know who you are either….

No, but he will still have his familiar surroundings and routine, and even the most nervous cats soon realise that I’m there to feed them and come out to say hello.

I’m worried about giving a stranger the keys to my home…..

And rightly so, but don’t be.  After over 10 years of cat sitting my reputation speaks for itself and I am regularly recommended both by existing customers, and by Forest Vets, who know me well as they are our vets also.  Alternatively, I can put you in touch with some of my existing customers who may help set your mind at rest.

If you have any other queries or concerns please contact me or call me.

Have you seen these little cars?

A lot of my customers have found me after seeing, or following, my little Smart cars.  There have been a few over the years; they’re kind of hard to miss!  Don’t worry about people realising you’re away and that your house is empty after seeing my car parked outside.  I usually try to park round the corner or up the road, but if you’re at all concerned I can even visit in a different car.
